In response to the question of when this war will end, Bolus said: "It is up to the President to decide. But we are very hopeful and fully support him and his leadership." Trump's advisor also referred to the nuclear issue and stated that this matter must be resolved before the war stops. He made it clear that he will not allow Iran to acquire nuclear weapons.
Dialogue and Peacebuilding
Bolus continued: "The President is giving negotiations and dialogues a chance. He has been very patient, and we hope that peace will ultimately prevail." He referred to Trump as the "President of Peace" and mentioned his efforts in resolving past conflicts. Bolus also emphasized that the expansion of the Abraham Accords will resume after the current war is resolved.
The Gulf countries, including the United Arab Emirates and Qatar, have expressed concerns about their security in recent months. Bolus stated that the U.S. relations with these countries are very strong at both leadership and operational levels, and collaborations are underway that help strengthen regional security.
