The Physical 100 competitions: Italy began with 100 participants consisting of sports champions and celebrities. The competition started on September 11, and in the first three episodes, the number of participants was reduced to 40. These competitions aim to prove physical strength and endurance in tough athletic challenges.
Competition and Challenges
Participants include notable figures such as Federica Pellegrini (swimming champion), Tania Cagnotto (Olympic diver), Mirco Bergamasco (former rugby player), and Yuri Chechi (gymnastics champion). In this competition, 100 men and women compete directly against each other, with no gender categorization. The competitions are designed based on endurance, strength, speed, and strategy.

Prizes and Elimination Rounds
Participants are competing for a prize worth €100,000 (equivalent to $118,000). In the first challenge, participants had to hold a suspended position for a long time, and at this stage, 20 were eliminated due to inability to maintain balance. Subsequently, in the head-to-head challenges, another 60 were eliminated, leaving only 40 to advance to the next stage.
The upcoming competitions will shift towards teamwork, and participants will need to consider the strengths of others as well. This change could significantly impact the course of the competition, and future challenges will also be inspired by ancient athletic competitions. The series Physical 100: Italy consists of eight episodes, which will be released weekly. Episodes four and five will be released on September 18, episodes six and seven on September 25, and the final episode on October 2.
