The list of the 50 best hotels in the world for 2026 was published as part of a live countdown from number 50 to number 1. This ranking includes special awards as well as the inaugural list of 51-100 and has gathered the best travel experiences worldwide through votes from 800 anonymous experts. This voting panel includes a balanced mix of hoteliers, travel journalists, and experienced luxury travelers, led by a group of heads from leading industry academies.
